What is Adopt-A-Block

Seacoast Adopt-A-Block provides community service opportunities. We have now become an outlet where people can come and serve their community and gain community service credit.

We have recently partnered with our local High School, United Way, UNH, Rockingham County Court Diversion Program and other organizations to provide an opportunity for community service; therefore we are able to send people to different organizations in our community where help is truly needed.

Whether it is a college class requirement, court ordered mandate, a business community outreach or just someone eating to serve their fellow man; people can find a place of service through Seacoast Adopt-A-Block.

Here is a couple of examples of the outreach we do:

-Mobile Food Panty (last Saturday of every month)
-Yard working and light house work (raking, snow removal, painting, etc.)
-One Day to Serve
-Bike and Coat Giveaway
-Battery and Light Bulb Outreach
-Thanksgiving Food Baskets
-Christmas Gift Giveaway

We meet every Saturday at 9a.m. - 1p.m. starting out at Green Leaf Rec Center in Portsmouth, NH and launching from there to the different community outreaches.
